Kelpwings, also known as Kelplings, is a dragon tribe created by Kelpwing in 2022. So far, there are 65+ characters, a map, and a basic timeline of events.
The Kelpwings are a dragon species originally inspired by Wings of Fire's Seawings and Leafwings. This has changed, though, as their design and story have evolved beyond the bounds of possibility in the Wings of Fire universe. As of then, Kelpwings are also known as Kelplings. They have an Aussie-ish accent.
Appearance:
Their scales are light to dark green or yellow; rarely are they blue. There is a lot of variation in the species, mainly because of their evolutionary history. All Kelpwings also have tailfins.
Communication:
They have no full way of communicating underwater except for some gestures/movements.
